Bought for my wife for her birthday. She'd always wanted a vanity, her own little space to go about her business and apply makeup, rather than the improvised, light-filled space that was usually the kitchen or dining table. Sometimes in the bathroom but there wasn't much space to put her girly stuff like a hair dryer, curling iron, all sorts of beauty items etc. I recently remodeled my bathroom and made her a makeup bag which is the bottom half of the room. Wardrobe. It's nice and wide, and now, with this mirror, she has her own space to go about her business. This mirror is fantastic. I know she liked the mirror with the lightbulbs on the edges. The mirror is well made and works perfectly. I am not aware of any suggestions for improvement. I'm still working on her space, I still have a few things to do but I think this was a great gift for her and I think any woman would appreciate it. I highly recommend. Of course I don't know much about these things, but I know when a product is good and it's a good product.
