Overall, this is a good budget monitor with a high refresh rate. It has good features and an easy-to-use interface. But you get what you pay for and I already bought it knowing that so my expectations weren't very high. The color fidelity is not great, everything looks either washed out or washed out. The biggest problem is halos, of which there are many. You won't notice much while gaming, especially if you use motion blur, and even if you don't use motion blur while gaming, you won't notice. But with occasional use in Windows Explorer or a web browser, the halo becomes harsh, especially when it goes from starkly dark to white, like a white cadet on a black background. For the price I really can't complain.
