This product performs as well as official Sony memory cards. Although many people have complained about the issue of PS2 thin consoles not reading the formatting card in the browser, there is an easy fix to this problem. What you need to do is open the package for your card, you don't need to put it in. to your PS2 (to avoid damage). First boot your PS2 with your chosen copy of the Playstation 1 disc and wait for the console to load. Once the game loads, you can insert a memory card into the console and save whenever prompted. The game will ask you to format the card before saving and will be read by the PS2 browser after formatting using this method. these are useless. But that's why I'm here, to help those who get the most out of this product. If the memory card was formatted before attempting to use it in the PS2 browser (e.g. as in the method above), the console will read it in the same way as an official Sony card. Therefore, format it in-game BEFORE using it in the PS2 browser! And for those looking for alternative formatting methods before using it with your PS2, if you have an old PS1 console use it to format the card and save the game before converting it for use on the Turn off the PS2 console.
