In short: sound and noise measuring devices

I used the sound device for about 1 hour and both speakers exploded. I don't know where to get new speakers for it, very unfortunate

Great product: test, measure and inspect

This thing is very loud, I put it on my Losi Baja Rey and it brought the truck to life. The sounds just make me happy, great purchase, I want one for my rally car next time

Great for sound and noise meter

Only reason for 3 stars. Shipping took longer than expected (came from China) and trying to find and navigate their website wasn't very useful. However, once I got it working, it became a fun addition to my scanner.

Amazing sound!

Inexpensive, great alternative to more expensive sound boxes. It comes with 2 pre-installed engine sounds, but you can download 100 more from their website. The sound of the big block V8 that is option 2 is cool! I am very satisfied and will buy again for my other cars and trucks.

A good product. Must be a PC (not Mac) and only 2 audio files at a time

ESS Dual is an amazing product. My son's car draws attention everywhere and he loves it. The only downside is that you can only upload 2 sound files so changes are cumbersome, you need to connect to a computer. I was also surprised that sound software doesn't work with Mac. You need a Windows PC. I had to buy a cheap used computer to use this one.

Good sound!

It took me a while to install it on my Carisma f-150. Also, I had to replace the power plug to connect to my NiMH 2S battery. I tried using a battery for the motor and sound but it didn't work. I suggest using two separate batteries, one for the scanner and one just for the ESS sound box. I used a NIMH 3800mAh 7.2V so maybe another battery can power both at the same time!? Anyway, I'm satisfied and the sound is great.
