Works well, but. If you have oily skin (like me) they may not last very long. After cleaning the glasses and carefully gluing the nose pads on, I noticed after about a week that the glue started to fray at the edges and collected in small balls of glue. I gently wiped away any loose glue and accumulated dirt/grease/grime (being careful not to pull out any glue that wasn't ready to come loose). After about 2 weeks, while cleaning my glasses, I noticed that one of the pads had slipped off. I tried to put it back on but it was too far. That's when I noticed that the other pad fell off when I was cleaning my glasses. Now to figure out where I put the parts bin.
