My previous on-ear headphones were destroyed by my dog and I had to replace them quickly. I didn't want to spend enough to get a pair that will last. It was only between headsets/headphones. What I didn't know was that they couldn't even be used during that time. Immediately after putting them in my ear, I realized they would hurt my ears. Maybe it's just a sign that I have unusually small ear piercings. The sound quality was not at the level I was used to from my old headset. This made it difficult to perceive various sounds. Especially when using headphones for team chats. I ended up buying a set from Skull Candy. As much as I hated it, they worked better, and the real rubber insert made them a lot more comfortable.
