When I got the black one, I immediately ordered another one. After using black for a week, I noticed that the shoulder strap was a little too dressy for my usual outfit (jeans and t-shirts). This strap never got very tangled either, but it was uncomfortable to lift. So, after much hesitation, I sent back the bag I had just ordered because I was dying to keep it. The return process was completed 5 business days after the return. I would recommend this product for fancy occasions (date, wedding, church etc).
