UPDATE 11/29: The company reached out and asked if I would like another case to try and a refund. I already had a new case so it was not needed but they still refunded the entire price of my purchase. I have updated my review to 3 stars because of the quality of customer service and the possibility that i simply received a faulty device.The case itself looks nice and is easy to hold, however the battery is terrible. Within a couple weeks, a full charge on the case barely provided my phone an extra 20-30% of power. Not to mention, when I try to plug in for the evening to the case, it doesnt feed the charge to the phone correctly most times and i wake up with my phone on 5% battery and no charge at ALL in the case.Just buy an Alpatronix and be done with it. Ive had 3 of theirs cases and nothing but good experiences.
