Almost, but not quite.
I replaced my factory link with this part and encountered a couple of inconsistencies. First, the length of the shaft on the hitch is shorter than the factory shaft. I had to reuse the factory shaft on an OEM derailleur. Second, the angle of the bracket on the new shifter is not the same. Again, I had to reuse the OEM mount. I was able to get it to work and find the "sweet spot" (between low range and reverse). Overall it worked and saved me $100 on an OEM purchase, not without some ingenuity. Much luck
