Broken Hinge When Delivered
We took the ottoman out of the box and opened the lid up. Immediately, the hinge broke off from the bottom portion of the ottoman. We realized the hinge did not have motion and broke off from the wood. It actually split the wood under the fabric, where it was attached. Be careful opening this to check the hinges first! We are left with just one hinge and have no other spot to attach a new hinge on the broken side. Other than that, we love the look of it, and it is sturdy.
