I like these shirts, I have a couple that I wear to the gym so I bought a couple more for work and around the house. The first shirt I got was a large and it was a nice fit not tight good length and enough room in the shoulders. The second shirt also a large but fits like a medium. Sleeves are short 2-3 inches above the elbow and tight in the shoulder/armpits length is just below the belt. The other large I got is loose in the shoulders and armpits, sleeve length is right to the elbow and overall length is about 5-6 inches below my belt. I'm 5'10 175lbs so a large is my normal size but with these shirts it could be large or Xtra large.
