Did I receive the right product?
I doubt I ever had the right product. As other reviewers have pointed out, the photos are misleading. I was under the impression that it would be 20 separate branches. Or at least one with 20 branches attached. It wasn't like I had one with three branches. It wasn't the same fullness as in the picture above. Overall I was very disappointed and felt that the picture did not represent the product at all.
