I'm disappointed it didn't work because I liked the cold fog and backlight. However, after using it about 4 times in three weeks, my husband noticed a wet spot when he was dusting the dresser that it was sitting on. It turned out that the bottom pan was leaking water all the time (a design flaw). He ruined our hardwood floor throughout the basement due to a leak. And the filter is full of junk and needs constant changing. Not worth the money or the headache
