Ideal for removing calluses after lifting!

I do a lot of exercise and work in the gym which has resulted in quite large/hard calluses on my hands. To prevent them from breaking or tearing on things like deadlifts and cleans, it's very important to file them down to a manageable size. These pumice stones are gentle enough that they don't irritate the non-calloused skin on my hands while reducing the calluses by a notch in just a few minutes of work on each hand. Since purchasing it, my calluses no longer fall off during my heavy deadlift workouts and I don't have to worry about possible hand damage and not being able to train! Definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with callous buildup from something like weightlifting!
