I am disappointed with this watch. It looks good but has no real functionality outside of the main apps. The built-in memory is very small, only a few megabytes. It was filled after a video and several pictures. While the product description says to upload your own images and videos to share, there are no instructions on how to do so. Connecting the watch to a computer only charges it. Windows 10 cannot download pictures or videos. Installing an SD card is very difficult. There are no instructions. I had to unscrew the 4 screws holding the back of the clock and carefully pry it off without damaging the soft plastic. The battery is glued and covers the SD card slot. I had to wiggle it to break the adhesive, then install the card and reassemble it very carefully without damaging the tiny wires. The watch found a new SD card but plugging the USB into my computer does not access the files and removing the SD card to download files is too risky. There is no wireless support or the ability to connect the watch to a smartphone.
