Great knfe - my new review

I make homemade bread and the crust is very thick.slicing it with this knife made the job easy and the slices were even. Thanks for attention.

This cleaver is so sharp! Worked great for slicing vegetables and thawed meat.But is made from very brittle steel I dropped it from no higher then 8" from my counter top and a 1" section of the blade just snapped off and it''s pretty much shot now.
