I grind my teeth in my sleep and have tried a variety of mouth guards. It doesn't really feel like it's in my mouth when I fall asleep and that's the biggest plus I love about this product! I love all the other accessories that come with it. It comes with an extra pair and I love it! As careful as I am, I can well imagine losing them over time. The level of comfort I get knowing I have an extra pair makes me feel more comfortable. The supplied mouth container is something special! It's a pretty solid case and I can see it's going to last a long time. In one of the pictures I uploaded you can see them coming in and then being shaped. it shows how well he can adjust his mouth and teeth. I think because this shape fits in my mouth so easily, it feels like it's not even in my mouth. I love that there are two sizes for people with different mouth sizes! There are two things unrelated to instructions that I think would be helpful in making a mouth mold. The instructions say to place the mold directly under the boiling water and leave it there for about 20-30 seconds (NO MORE). It would be nice if he already had something ready to knock him out :) lol! Luckily I had tongs next to me to pull it out instead of sticking my hand in the boiling water! The second thing I want to say is that when you put it in your mouth, there are two small "cuts" under the shape that you can touch with your tongue. I would recommend that you line up these two marks so that they are directly under your two front teeth. When you actually receive this and hold the form in your hand, you will understand exactly what I am talking about. I saw these marks before putting them in hot water but didn't understand what they were until I put the mold in my mouth. Other than that, this product is really good. It helps me sleep so I don't grind my teeth. Thank you for this product and I plan on using it every night!
