It's not 16.4 feet long! Good customer service
I ordered this product thinking one package would do, but when I opened the package it had about 8 feet of tubing and fiberglass together. I had to revise my original review. Your customer service was great and fixed the issue right away. I had more product in less than a week. Will definitely order more if needed. The product works great!
