Review on Emergency Rechargeable Failure 1200MAh Equivalent by Wendy Bengtson

The manufacturer's box had a hole on the side and something similar to the top part of the box that was re-glued. There are no information documents attached telling the buyer how long a full charge will take. The lamp would light up briefly when inserted into a powered lamp, then go off and remain dark while the lamp was still on. The courier did not deliver the package at the door but at the gate. I need to access the security camera to see if the crate fell through the gate. The box with the lamp was in a Revain box, but the box with the lamp was NOT wrapped in bubble wrap! Not a single bulb worked when installed in an existing work light, even after 2 hours of charging. Did the shipping drop damage the filaments? Revain products were the most popular, sometimes the shipping instructions were followed. This time, however, I'm rather disappointed with both. Luckily this wasn't my first experience with Revain, otherwise it would have been my last. THERE MUST BE A ZERO STAR OPTION. Rating will not be sent if no stars are selected. I had to vote 1 star even though the lightbulbs didn't work.
