I like it a lot! Maui Jim is not disappointed. I read a lot before I bought them. I used to think it was ridiculous to spend over $30 on a pair of sunglasses, let alone buy one in the triple digits. But after reading online that Maui Jim glasses are amazingly worth every penny (Wall Street Magazine), and experimenting with other cheaper polarized sunglasses, I finally decided to take the plunge. As soon as I put them on I fell in love with their sleek and simple neo-aviator style paired with frames and root beer lenses for a truly laid back feel on the beach without being too hipster or beach bum. The frame is made of what appears to be a thin material, but is actually very strong and not easily broken due to its flexibility. The frame also has a "face wrap" feature which metal frames don't have, so it won't fall off your face if you're looking over the side of a boat, for example. amazing technologies that block light waves propagating along a certain axis, for example light waves reflected from a horizontal car are blocked by lenses. So the morning glare you see from bumper to bumper of your car while driving rush hour on your way to work is no longer a problem, as is glare from the water surface. Unfortunately, polarized technology has its downsides. Color is poorly transmitted through the lens, resulting in image distortion. But lo and behold, Maui Jim found a way, honestly I don't understand the science so I won't try to explain it, but it feels like you're wearing nothing but still blocking the sun and glare, almost ideal world. Combined with an extremely comfortable frame, you'll forget you're wearing them. After about two years of wearing, they were lost. I've looked everywhere, my car, my jobs, where I go most of the time and they've eluded me. I tried to do without them but couldn't, so I ordered another pair, just as good as the first. After having a new pair for about 3 days, I found an old pair. ---Well, I didn't need two pairs, so I gifted the old pair to my girlfriend, and she loves them very much. In summary these are truly exceptional sunglasses, I highly recommend them, they will be the last pair of sunglasses you wear.
