Review on Canon Wireless Professional Software Printing by Redfish Rosenhoover

It took me over an hour to get help from Canon. To his credit, the rep was well spoken and fairly knowledgeable, although little did he know the ink wasn't available anywhere. I was not pleased with this as our business depends on a working printer at all times and I am unable to get ink for most of February and now mid March I find it unfair that Canon is continuing to sell this printer. They also do not refund, replace, or upgrade for an additional fee. Well, Canon, stop selling until you can replace the person with the recipe.
