INSTEAD OF ADHESIVE ON MINITOR

They work fine. My eyes used to be very painful and throbbing. I'm an IT person, so I sit at the computer a lot. I didn't want to ruin my monitors by setting them up. Instead, I removed the protective screen from the top and left the part at the bottom where it's sticky. I recorded it on my monitor. I've done it on two and would like to do it on the third. Ultimately, however, I decided to do it. It works fine but I had to glue it on. I've had these blue light filters for over 6 months. So if you don't want to stick it on the monitor, just tape it off. Also on a monitor I had to crop it to fit the screen size. In summary, I would buy this product again. My eyes no longer hurt or throb. For the added comfort of my eyes while staring at the computer for hours, I do two things. 1. I take a break every 30 minutes, get up, walk away for about 60 seconds, and then come back. Usually, lol, I work out. 2. I use Dr. Christopher's Eyebright at least two to three times a day. I put them in my eyes as eye drops (diluted of course, follow directions) or as an eye wash. mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=dr+christopher+eyebright&qid=1596383077&sprefix=dr+christopher+eyeb&sr=8-5
