I recommend this product and this supplier. I have a 3 year old Epson Workforce and only print about 100 color pages a year. And I didn't follow Epson's recommended monthly on and off routine, which keeps the ink in the injectors from drying out. So, in addition to buying new cartridges, I also used the injector cleaning process. When I first replaced these new cartridges, it had been several weeks since the printer had alerted me to two low ink levels. This is another reason for print quality issues --> Change it ASAP, not later. So when I exchanged two replacement cartridges, I had gaps in the test print images. After cleaning the head, all cracks disappeared. Another problem: my Epson marked them as "not Epson" but the printed instructions that came with them quickly resolved this issue. Thanks very much !
