Great product, carefully packaged, clean, brand new, perfect fit and although my Epson 7610 rep complained it wasn't Epson ink it continued to work perfectly . I was able to produce a 20 page letter book with 8x10 images for a reasonable price. If I had used Epson ink I could not have done this project, it would have cost hundreds of dollars in ink. I have tried other 'cheaper' remanufactured inks over the past 5 years. In ALL cases I have returned to LD for the best value for money, excellent customer service with infrequent problems, and printer performance. The best indicator for me is years of experience in this highly competitive cost reduction market. I STRONGLY recommend that you don't waste your time with other refurbishment providers or outrageously expensive OE inks from printer manufacturers.

There were many draft prints and I wrongly thought that recycled ink cartridges would suffice. I was very wrong. I could never get a good copy. All had stripes all over the page. As a result, I decided to remove the almost full cartridges and replace them with branded cartridges that make nice copies. Now they don't print well either. Looks like the printheads are stuck or something. I've tried cleaning the printheads to no avail. I really hope I didn't mess up my printer.

So I bought this set in January. The cartridges used to work and until this morning there were no problems. With my second yellow replacement cartridge, I opened the package and found that the inner cartridge is a different size! I ordered 252XL, received 200XL and of course my printer doesn't recognize it. I have bought a similar product before and have had no problems. When it came time to backorder this product, it ran out of stock and was offered. I recommend this product and this supplier. I have a 3 year old Epson Workforce and only print about 100 color pages a year. And I didn't follow Epson's recommended monthly on and off routine, which keeps the ink in the injectors from drying out. So, in addition to buying new cartridges, I also used the injector cleaning process.
