These pants are amazing. I'm 5'4" and weigh around 128-130 lbs, and I got M. Be careful crouching down; plummer's crack. I could have done better getting a large, but this isn't too bad the size it is, either. Everything fits great, it has some stretch, and mobility is great otherwise. 9/10.
