This little tool is great for the aching and tight facial muscles that accompany Bell's Palsy. I use it for several minutes during the day. I can't confirm the impact on recovery as I have no basis for comparison but my face seems* more alive than it has been in the past few days. (*Feel does not mean restoring muscle function, but rather relieving involuntary muscle contractions and stiffness from disuse.) My favorite attachments are the quartz roller and double-V ball head. The instrument itself looks sturdy and well-made. I originally deducted a star because one of the balls on the V-shaped nozzle rattled loudly. (The other ball is fine.) However, I upgraded it back to five stars after contacting DANGSHAN customer service to inquire about a fix and they immediately offered to send a replacement. Love it!
