fans received earlier than originally expected. There were no instructions at all in the box. I had to look on YouTube how to replace the fan. With great difficulty I managed to pull out the old fan in the frosty weather. I couldn't open the latch to unplug the connector with my fingers half frozen. I just broke them with a screwdriver and pulled out the connector. When I tried to rewire the new fan, the connector didn't match the new fan. The connector is required to reuse the connector adapter from the old fan. It would be nice if they mentioned it. The product is working well so far, but some of these items would be nice.
