If you want the big top and bottom rubber bindings you will have to buy them separately but mine were in good condition. The radiator arrived a day early and has been running for weeks with no problems. Take your time with this work if you use it in an Equinox and don't be like me and don't forget that the condenser is the thing that attaches to the front of the radiator, not a part of it. These are two parts that are connected to each other. It is POSSIBLE to replace the wheel without removing the capacitor because I did. :)
