This is a really interesting product but it is very dependent on the LEDs on the front and one of the LEDs burned out within the first six months making it obvious that it was broken. In addition, the rubber feet easily detach and are easily lost. Had to pay 60 DOLLARS OUT OF HER POCKET to send it to them for repair. Then they started nagging me about my warranty coverage. It took them several weeks to fix the broken LEDs, they still haven't figured it out and can't give me any idea when it will be fixed and sent back to me. The support people are not very helpful and apologize for not fixing it yet. Also, version 2.10 crashes very often.
