Used this to strap down cable loops. Time will tell if the adhesive will retain to the plastic mounting surface.Update after 1 week of use:The mounting tabs adhesive are not very strong on polypropylene surfaces. The adhesive mounts are always popping off. Currently it's mounted on a plastic Polypropylene surface, which I cleaned with alcohol and air dried before applying the adhesive mounts, while applying pressure for about 60 seconds. I then let the mounts to acclimate and cure for 24 hours before tying down cables with the zip ties. The mounts slowly dislocate from the surface it is applied to after 1-3 hours after tie downs. Temperature of location is indoors, 69-71F, humidity regulated between 30-45%.Conclusion: do not use on polypropylene surface. Maybe ok for tabletop cables with lots of slack and no tension, or other type of surface materials. Perhaps would be better to prime (scour) the polypropylene surface for better adhesion.
