Customer support was responsive but after trying all of their suggestions we never got any signal boost. The cables are thin and the external and internal antennas are very weak. Aside from the mostly average amp, the system feels very "cheap" and poorly constructed. The device will light up and say it's working, but we haven't noticed any difference between the two devices. We tried using two separate phone holders (both compatible with this device) but the booster didn't seem to be there. I also noticed that the antennas are sold separately from other sellers at Revain for $15 each. Anycall only makes the middle block. It seems overpriced.
