It Does Cover but is VERY obvious!
I have this a 3-stars only because it does actually cover the tattoo.
However, no matter how thin you spread it it is very obvious you have covered something up which defeats the point π€¦πΌββοΈ
- I love this cover up!
- Too much money for the little bit of product. It dries and cracks and flakes off. Doesn't work!!
