Works on HDTV but not on JVC projectors.

I have a JVC 3D UHD projector and wanted to connect our old Wii to our projection system. I can hear sound but only a blue screen and a message that HDMI 1 has no input. So I tried it on my regular HDTV and it works great. Good article for TV. The projector cannot communicate with the device, so please pay attention if you are in a similar situation.
