Upgrade it was decent while it lasted. One problem - the screws loosen within 2 months. And if you don't check and tighten them regularly, they'll fall out. Once this happens, the inner rod will break due to fishing problems. It's been about 6 months. Original. The package arrived damaged. The guide was standard and could be used. It assembles easily in 15 minutes I've only had it 3 days and my kids have already swiped it from the living room. The remote is very light, which surprised me, and fits perfectly in a side pocket. I found the seat itself comfortable, but not comfortable enough to curl up and fall asleep, but I don't want to get out of my chair. It doesn't recline, but it fits me perfectly and is very comfortable for watching TV. The stool is about 1 inch shorter or could perhaps use a slight angle to better utilize the massage features. But otherwise the height was perfect. do not block too straight legs. The heating element is just enough to warm the seat but not to make you sweat or uncomfortable. I will order a second chair for my kids room so they can play video games. They found it very comfortable to play Xbox and liked the vibration of the seat. This is great for a range of sizes, but I wouldn't recommend it for taller individuals due to the size of the seat and its support. I'm 5ft 7in, size 14 and it fits perfectly. My son is 6ft 2" and fits him perfectly as does my daughter who is 11 and about 5ft 2".
