The customer support representatives at Kezzled recently gave me a bad experience. I got in touch with them because I was having trouble with a device I had bought. However, I encountered indifference and a dearth of professionalism. When I spoke with a representative, she seemed disinterested in assisting me and dismissed my worries. It's disheartening to witness such subpar customer service from a business that makes the claim that it values its clients. I won't be going back to Kezzled again.
