This is by far the best knee pad I have ever had. Comfort - The knee pad is very comfortable. The interior is neoprene, except for the ice pack pocket, which appears to be thin nylon. On the outside, the bandage is completely covered with velcro, which is very convenient because it allows you to connect two adjustable velcro bandages anywhere. Quality. The knee pad makes a well-made impression. The stitching is well made and seems to be holding up well. I haven't had any loose threads or chafing at the seams that are uncomfortable. Efficiency - Another excellent knee brace. The gel pack gets very cold. Sometimes it's even too cold. Because the bandage is so flexible, you can put it on the knee in almost any position. I've used mine for knee pain as well as a lower hamstring pull. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing I would like to mention that can be considered a minus/con is the way you have to put the gel pack in the knee pad. You need to fold the bag to put it in your pocket. This isn't difficult, but over time it can lead to stress on the seams.
