I was nervous because the ice pack was getting stiff or the velcro wasn't holding in place so it wasn't "hugging" my knee. It was much higher quality than I expected. After a workout I use this product for 20 minutes and my knees feel so much better! Sits perfectly on the knee! Highly Recommended!

I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and have been struggling with pain for about two months. This ice pack is the only thing I've found to ease the pain. Aleve, Biofreeze, anti-inflammatories don't offer as much relief as ice and it's quite difficult to "hold" an ice pack on your knee for 20 minutes with 20 minute breaks. (Your hand will also freeze). I put it on, sit in a chair, watch TV and walk, and it stays in place. Thanks to whoever made this design. Easy to turn on and off.

Good design and works great. Easy to put on and stays in place. I've only had it a week so I don't know how durable it is but the materials are good. Would have given 5 stars but wish there were separate instructions instead of a box. I throw the box away. Despite the poor design, this bandage is mainly good as both icing and knee brace. So three stars.
