Partial Knee Icing-THERAPAQ

Partial Knee Icing I bought two knee ice packs at once so one was always ready to use. Both packs I bought ARRIS and THERAPAQ are equally good for comfort and pain relief. and meaning. Both use a replaceable ice pack measuring just over 7" x 8.5" (18 x 22 cm) in a thin inner sleeve. Velcro straps (22" 956 cm full length for ARRIS, 22.5" (57 cm) for THERAPAQ) are just enough to enclose my relatively large knee. The only major difference is that the ARRIS has two bands on the same side, while the THERAPAQ has two bands at opposite angles. Both are comfortable and fit well. Note, however, that the ice pack only covers about a quarter to a third of the circumference of the knee. This makes an ice pack good for kneecap problems or for ligaments behind the knee, but not for full-knee icing. I recently had a total knee replacement, with pain in both the front and back. To relieve the pain, I have to use two ice packs at the same time. Velcro keeps both ice packs in place, both front and back.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Damaged
