This ice pack was actually so great and I just got it. After almost 6 months I have a broken patella and 2 surgeries behind me. I'm 5ft 4", athletic build and bought a small. I feel like I really need to tighten it so I could probably do with an extra small one, but I kind of like that it's not too tight. I really like that it covers my entire patella and I can bend or straighten my knee and IT DOES NOT FALL like a normal ice pack. This works well for me when I'm at work. Cured my knee problems as it sounds in the description. It really gave me temporary relief like all ice packs do. Whilst this item is amazing for the price I gave it 4 stars based on the following points: - The ice pack liner is flimsy and looks like it will break soon so it could be built a little better - but it could also be for the penetration its more cold - it's a bit difficult to walk in it as you need to have slightly straighter legs BUT I would recommend this product because if you're a person who needs to chill often it's durable, comfortable and helps a lot with ability to freeze and move to do other things.
