HOT! HOT! HOT! I wasn't sure at first, but after using it I'm completely satisfied. The only thing I recommend is if there are different heat settings and not just ON/OFF. This product gets really hot after sitting for 20-30 minutes. Make sure you warm up your towels before jumping in the shower, but I am fully prepared for this winter season! I can't wait for my family to experience it too
