Can you tell which side of my hair has serum and which side doesn't? Yes, very noticeable. I've been using this hair serum for about 4 years now and I really like it. My hair is naturally frizzy but this serum keeps it in check leaving it shiny, silky and softer than baby skin. It has a nice but mild scent. I feel like a mermaid underwater with her beautiful red hair flying everywhere except my hair is floating gracefully in the air (if that makes any sense lol). As you can see from my photo this is safe to use on bleached/dyed hair. My hair is thick and long so I separate it into 2 sections and apply 3 small drops of hair serum to each side (not much!). Just don't put too much in it or it will get greasy. I highly recommend it for any hair type, especially curly hair and if you straighten/curl it often.
