The problem, friends, is that these are so poorly constructed that when the shaft spins and the wires encounter resistance the shaft begins to spin freely inside the wheel, rendering them useless.

The brushes are of very poor quality. They don’t last 5 min the wire comes out of the head very easily and that is not at high speed. It took 5 brushes to complete a small task.

Be sure to wear a full facemask if you plan to use these on your high speed rotary tool. Flings wire fragments at high speed.

.in this case junk. The shafts were so small they will not lock into my tool unless I wrap the shaft with electrical tape. There are about half the number of wires as better quality wire wheels. That’s a good thing in this case because they disintegrate in less than a minute creating a wire storm that will pelt you.

These are not worth buying. Cheaply made for a cheap price. They fall apart very easily at low RPMs and the little bristles go all over place, including into your skin and clothes.
