Review on TrackTalents by Jonah Koehnke

The dashboard is very user friendly as it provides you an overview about your day to date progress or lack thereof which helps me keep track at every stage without fail.

I can see everything from my profile right down till when someone has rejected my application for any reason alongwith their comments/ reasons behind such rejection. It would have been great if they had included some more filters like gender (male / female) nationality etc but this isn't too much of problem now since we've recently introduced custom fields where one could specify what kind of filter he'd want! There's nothing that i dislike specifically just wish there were options available under each column so that things might be easier while selecting data out by category rather than going through manually looking up individual entries. We use Tracktalent mainly because its easy enought to understand how our candidates views us across various stages of recruitment process including interview preparation phase, resume validation & final selection etc.
