Accounting and Billing Services For Non Profit Organizations
The customer service is exceptional, they are always there for you with any question or concern that comes up in your business relationship! They will even go out of their way to help if needed (like when I was trying to find some old invoices from over 10 years ago). We have been working together since 2011 - so far it has worked great!! There really isn't anything we dislike about them as an organization but rather only things within our own personal relationships/business needs. Their services include accounting support & billing management which helps us keep track of all aspects related to running a small non-profit such as payrolls, tax filings etc..
Pros
- Great staff members who treat clients well while taking care.
- Customer retention rate at high rates than many competitors due mostly because employees genuinely like what's going down here..this goes back further then just this 1 person though :)
Cons
- Not much room open between projects; need more freedom
