This is exactly what they look like. More cosmetic than long-term functionality. They appear to be made from lightweight aluminium, which is good, but don't expect them to look cool for long if you plan on using them. While I haven't had the bike lifted with them yet, I'm pretty sure the delicate red trim will be ruined to hell unless extreme measures are taken to protect it every time. That being said, I have no doubts about its ability to assist the bike. Installation literally boils down to tightening a screw. If you need instructions I really can't help you and you shouldn't be working on your machine anyway. For the cool looks and cheap price, they are worth it. Don't expect to replace stiffer, more expensive spindles. These are light (if any) duties.
