This is a good, reliable product. I just wanted an email reader and web surfer. I have a Samsung S9+ so thought it would be a nice addition to the phone. (I use my Dell desktop for serious work like writing this review.) The reason for my low rating is that this Chromebook is very spirited. I spend as much time getting it to work as I use it. Sometimes the keyboard works, sometimes it doesn't. It's very frustrating that Chromebook requires a password, I can't stop using it. So when it turns on and needs PW and KB doesn't work, it takes some time for KB to work. Opening/closing, ON/OFF, reset - usually something finally works, but not always immediately. KB does not appear on screen when PW is required. So I've learned to never let it turn off, just try to keep it in sleep mode.
