Review on πŸ”¦ Streamlight 88083 ProTac 2L-X USB 500 Lumens (Renewed) - Rechargeable Flashlight with USB Battery, Cord, Holster, and Box by Cameron Reed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

1 year+, still on a roll

Pros - light, durable, inexpensive, bright, programmable, clip-on, rechargeable cordless flashlight (although worth it) Pros: light (for me), very handy (me carry in my pocket, attaches to the inside of my pocket with a great clip), super bright at 500 lumens, dual controls help save battery, the USB rechargeable battery is great (still charges all the time, I've had it for at least a year) , I like the USB rechargeable battery better than magnetic batteries and chargers. It's a simple system, you know, it's either a battery or a cable that's an easy replacement. Also very durable (I think I've dropped it about a hundred times, often from two meters or more). My wife also washed it in the washing machine because I accidentally left it in my bag and it's still alive and kicking as before. . Cons: It's a great price {still costs over $50 for a flashlight, but if that's something you value, this is a great option}. That's about two-thirds the size of this {1150 lumens} flashlight, but it doesn't have a button on the end cap. The Olight also has a tactical one that seems a bit larger than this one, but the 1000 lumens doesn't seem as robust (It also doesn't come with batteries and plating. Sometime early in life it seemed to have some kind of flickering problem when I had two CR123 batteries. I messed it all up, no problems, with a 18650 battery there were no problems at all.
