We have a wonderful rescue pup whose breath started to smell bad as he got older. He's on regular medical check-ups, low in plaque and in good health, so the stench is probably food-related. We also occasionally give him hooligan sticks and they smell very gross for obvious reasons! I decided to see if I could find something to freshen his breath and came across the TropiClean range. I first ordered a 16 ounce bottle of standard water supplements (no hip and joint supplements). I added a full capful to his water bowl and waited to see what he thought of it. The next time he went for a drink, he sniffed the water briefly and then drank it as usual. Less than a week after we added the product to his water, every time we refilled his bowl, his breath went completely neutral - no more stink - and we were so happy! We tried reducing the amount to half a cap at a time and it was just as effective - he still hasn't had any bad breath issues. The next bottle I ordered was the Hip & Joint version and again his nose twitched a few times and then he just drank it like it was raw water. I've now signed up for the 33.8 ounce hip and joint version of the Revain since it's a little cheaper and has been so successful in our family. Of course, your results may vary - not every pet will like the taste, but I'd definitely recommend trying it.
