A very good product that works well in place of the traditional cotton or wool blend long underwear. Very smooth and flat seams are particularly important. There is no "sawing effect" on the skin. I use it when actively hiking in the dead of winter with temperatures in extreme cold and deep snow. Machine wash on gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat or dry off heat. The XL sizing was generous for a 230 lb frame and 6'0" height. Definitely long enough to reach the toe of the boot. I bought this spare pair because I have an old pair after almost 10 years worn out from frequent wearing and washing.
