Review on 🕒 Timex Ironman Essential 10 Mid-Size Watch: Durability and Style Combined by Dana Schmidt

This watch has served me well for the past 2 years, both for my swim and for checking the time in the middle of the night when I'm either feeding my baby or telling my 2 year old this isn't the case is. time to wake up. (I don't like staring at my iPhone for hours because I find the screen light wakes me up too much.) However, there are two things: (1) the straps break and (2) I'm very disappointed that Timex is trying to find a replacement.. I have two watches that had a broken strap and it was a huge pain to have them replaced! I think you need to call support and send a check to mailbox and wait for them to send you a replacement. This is 2016. The process shouldn't be that complicated. Also, I'm typing this while on the phone waiting to speak to someone to get an address and make sure I'm ordering the right assortment. This is my second attempt to call them and I've been on the line for over 30 minutes. I understand Timex prefers that you just buy a brand new watch and that would actually be easier. However, as an environmentalist, I believe we shouldn't just throw away things that can be fixed. UPDATE: I was able to speak to someone (Faye) at Timex and she was very helpful. I ordered a replacement band for €12. I have left feedback to her manager, Mrs. Robinson, that I need a way to order these replacement bands online.
